The Change Management for Leaders and Practitioners course is offered virtually, online over 4 days with a total of 22 hours spread evenly over the 4 days. The dates for the online courses are:

This course is for those who are new to change management and require high level knowledge and change management tools.
We also offer change management coaching on a 1-2-1 basis as well as consulting services to organizations.
